TUMIS LABU SIAM DAN KECAMBAH KEDELAI

Bahan :
  • 400 gram baby labu siam ( labu siam muda) potong potong )
  • 200 gram kecambah kedelai
  • 10 butir bawang merah rajang
  • 5 butir bawang putih rajang
  • 5 buah cabe rawit merah rajang ( optional )
  • 2 buah cabe merah besar rajang
  • garam, gula, kaldu jamur bubuk sesuai selera
  • 50 ml air
  • Minyak untuk menumis
Cara Membuat :
  1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe rawit hingga wangi
  2. Masukkan kecambah dan cabe merah tumis aduk rata beri garam, gula dan kaldu jamur bubuk
  3. Tuang air, masak hingga agak matang, masukkan labu siam. Masak hingga semuanya matang tapi masih ada tekstur crunchynya. Koreksi rasa. Angkat dan sajikan
